Luis is an accomplished human capital entrepreneur with 20 years' experience building and leading highly specialized organizations, both in corporate and start-up environments. With a keen ability to leverage data, delivering high-quality and impact candidate experiences, and navigating complex deals, he is passionate about helping companies scale diverse teams and build for the future. Luis is well versed in a variety of industries, managing global mandates and clients across tech and non-tech executive level positions. He has supported the most disruptive, market leading companies in the world and has developed best practices that he leverages for his clients. As an executive coach and startup – advisor, Luis enjoys serving the communities he lives in, including as past chair of the South Florida MIT Enterprise Forum and currently advising startups. Integrity, business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and delivering results are core factors fueling his success to date.
